    Every application is read by hand, twice. AI-written answers are an immediate no. Only successful applications hear back, usually within two weeks.

    Paid trial

    A real brief, at a rate we agree with you before you start.

  4. 04

    Placement

    If the trial fits both sides, we put you in and stay through the handover.

We stay reachable after you start, so problems get sorted.

Before you apply

  • Most applications do not get through. Getting in does not guarantee a placement or a timeframe.
  • Send finished work, not a showreel of clips you assisted on.
  • We share what you send with a hiring company only when we put you forward for a role.
